President & Investment Advisor Representative

Steven founded Insight Asset Management in 2002 and has 30 years of money management experience, working with individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. Steven is also a co-founder and owner of Panoramic Investment Advisors - a Denver-based group of financial advisors. Steven is a charter member of the Denver Tech Center Rotary Club (he’s attending their weekly meetings), former member of the Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau Board of Directors, and a co-founder of Community Shares, a nonprofit coalition broadening charitable workplace giving in Colorado. Steven was born in California and has lived in Colorado since 1977.

  2. What are you doing on a Sunday morning? Enjoying breakfast and reading the paper in my home’s backyard, alongside my wife or getting ready for a Broncos’ game.

Senior Investment Advisor

Dustin Dinges is a Managing Partner and Senior Investment Advisor with Insight Asset Management LLC.  He is a graduate of The University of Kansas with a Bachelors degree in Economics and a concentration in Psychology. He earned the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2003.  

Dustin has enjoyed a long career in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining Insight Asset Management, he spent fifteen years with Security Benefit as a Regional Vice President.  In this role, he advised independent and bank financial advisors on a variety of retirement topics  including group retirement plans, asset allocation, tax strategies and income planning.  

In 2019, he joined Insight Asset Management and utilized his twenty five plus years of industry experience to advise individuals, corporations and non profits.

Dustin lives in Denver, CO with his wife and three children.  In his spare time, he enjoys working with children as a youth athletic coach.

  2. What are you doing on a Sunday morning? Depending on time of year but usually coaching or watching my children’s sporting events.

  3. Dream vacation: Travel Europe!

  4. Season tickets to: I have three sons, two play competitive baseball and one is a swimmer. At this stage in my life, I spend a lot of time supporting them at their various events. I love watching them compete and the tickets are significantly cheaper than the Broncos or Rockies.

Vice President of Administration

Sandra Young is a Colorado Native and has been in the financial services industry for nearly 35 years and with Insight Asset Management since its inception in 2002. Sandra works closely with our clients on the administrative side of their accounts, including establishing new accounts, answering financial questions, fund disbursements, and client account maintenance. Sandra prides herself on providing an exceptional level of client services. 

Five Questions for Sandra:

  1. What is your favorite Colorado Restaurant: My favorite eating spot is home. My husband is the most amazing cook!

  2. What are you doing on a Sunday morning? Sunday mornings are busy for us. We usually turn on music and get our weekly home chores done and prepare for our weekly Sunday night dinner with family.

  3. Dream vacation: Hop in our 5th wheel and travel the country for a couple of months.

  4. Season tickets to: We have season tickets to Bandimere Speedway. My husband is an avid drag racing fan.

Vice President of Financial Operations & Technology

Stacie Craddock has been with Insight Asset Management since 2002.  Stacie has over twenty-seven years of experience with independent investment advisors and broker-dealers.  Throughout her career, Stacie has served in various management and leadership roles, including Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Financial Operations, and Executive Assistant. Stacie oversees our firm’s technology platforms, book and records, and compliance program.  Her industry background allows her to contribute a unique and broad perspective in providing customized and efficient solutions for Insight Asset Management and Panoramic Investment Advisors. 

Stacie studied Graphic Design in Advertising at Metropolitan State College of Denver.  She holds her Colorado Insurance license and Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses with FINRA.  She resides in Denver; enjoys attending Legacy High School and CSU football games, boating, and is passionate about spending time with her four adult children, son in law, granddaughter, family, and friends.

Communication Compliance Analyst

Hunter Akdis is a student at the University of Colorado Denver working towards her degree in Financial Management. She is a future-oriented professional offering diverse compliance experience and strong interpersonal communication. Her passions lie within marketing and business development. She enjoys generating original copy ideas and creating efficiencies within the company. Hunter’s responsibilities include process and policy implementation, marketing, graphic design, portfolio software integration, CRM development, investment reporting, and bookkeeping.

  1. What is your favorite Colorado Restaurant: Brasserie Ten Ten in Boulder.

  2. What are you doing on a Sunday morning? Just getting back from a fun weekend getaway (usually to Arizona!); or if I’m home: listening to the newest music, reading a good book, watching my weekly shows, and getting ready for the week ahead.

  3. Dream vacation: Take an entire year to go everywhere around the world.

  4. Season tickets to: University of Arizona Football and Basketball, The Nuggets, and the Denver Center for Preforming Arts.
